These terms govern your access to and use of Bayline, the garage management software provided by Bayline ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your garage.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your garage's workspace, for keeping login details secure, and for ensuring the people you invite are authorised to access your data. You must give accurate registration details and keep them up to date.

Trial and billing

• New garages start with a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken to begin the trial.
• To keep using Bayline after the trial you subscribe to a paid plan, billed monthly per garage in pounds sterling, excluding VAT.
• You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges; fees already paid are not refunded.

Your data

Your garage's data remains yours. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use Bayline unlawfully, attempt to disrupt the service, or access data that is not yours. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Bayline available and reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will give reasonable notice of material changes. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
